Private Jet Charter sells the same service in eight countries, on eight separate domains, in six languages — a global .net site alongside dedicated sites for Italy, the UAE, Spain, Germany, France, India and Russia. Running one market well is a project; running eight at once, each with its own search engine behavior, competitors and language, is a different problem. Every one of the eight grew. The seven country sites averaged 77% growth between them, led by Germany at 123% and Spain at 92%, while the mature global site added 5% on an already established base. The detail worth noticing is how people behaved once they arrived: visitors to the localized sites stayed far longer than those on the global one — roughly three times longer in India and two and a half times in France. Someone researching a charter in their own language reads rather than bounces.
